For over 10 years, BFC has been led by Josh Klindt, a licensed Realtor and Broker with Keller Williams Realty. In addition to serving as CEO of BFC, Josh also owns Browns Floor Care & Restoration, a trusted provider of residential and commercial restoration services in Eastern Iowa. His combined experience in real estate, property management, and facility services brings a hands-on, solutions-first mindset to every property we manage.
Kellen Showen- Operations Manager
Meet Kellen, our Property Manager and the boots on the ground behind the scenes. As a licensed Iowa real estate agent, Kellen oversees inspections, coordinates maintenance and vendors, and ensures every property receives the attention it deserves. His hands-on approach helps keep our properties running smoothly and performing at their best.
