For over 10 years, BFC has been led by Josh Klindt, a licensed Realtor and Broker with Keller Williams Realty. In addition to serving as CEO of BFC, Josh also owns Browns Floor Care & Restoration, a trusted provider of residential and commercial restoration services in Eastern Iowa. His combined experience in real estate, property management, and facility services brings a hands-on, solutions-first mindset to every property we manage.
Ashley Rance-Property Manager
Ashley has been in residential real estate for five years. What she loves most about real estate is the opportunity to help people through important transitions—whether it’s finding the right home, managing an investment property, or simply making the process easier for clients. She is passionate about creating positive experiences through clear communication, consistency, and follow-through.
Kellen Showen-Field Service Manager
Kellen is a licensed real estate agent in Iowa and is our boots on the ground—handling inspections, maintenance visits, and vendor coordination. He ensures each property receives the hands-on attention it needs to stay in peak condition.
