For over 10 years, BFC has been led by Josh Klindt, a licensed Realtor and Broker with Keller Williams Realty. In addition to serving as CEO of BFC, Josh also owns Browns Floor Care & Restoration, a trusted provider of residential and commercial restoration services in Eastern Iowa. His combined experience in real estate, property management, and facility services brings a hands-on, solutions-first mindset to every property we manage.
Kelly Mitchell-Property Manager and HOA Specialist
Kelly is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Iowa, with over eight years of experience in residential, HOA, and commercial real estate management. As a Cedar Rapids native, she understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service, professionalism, and care to every community she serves. Kelly is known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to providing individualized support tailored to the unique needs of each association. Her deep industry knowledge, combined with a passion for fostering well-managed and thriving communities, ensures that every homeowner and board member receives the guidance and expertise needed for long-term success.
Kellen Showen-Field Service Manager
Kellen is a licensed real estate agent in Iowa and is our boots on the ground—handling inspections, maintenance visits, and vendor coordination. He ensures each property receives the hands-on attention it needs to stay in peak condition.
